Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Wednesday that the Biden administration would bolster its support for Ukraine before Donald Trump's return as president. Blinken said, "Every dollar we have at our disposal" will be sent to Ukraine by January 20, when Trump is set to be inaugurated.
